Love it or hate it, there's at least one person who thinks Lindsay Lohan did a great job on "Saturday Night Live" last night ... and that's Lindsay herself.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she understands it wasn't a perfect show, but she feels proud of the episode. We're told there were several last minute changes -- including ditching her singing monologue in favor of one with cameos from Jimmy Fallon and Jon Hamm (see below).
Our sources say Lindsay was excited to be back working and really missed being a part of the action.
According to our sources, Lindsay understands people are going to bash her performance regardless ... but she feels she did the best she could do.
So we gotta ask ...

Celeb Witnesses Went Unnoticed Before Grand Jury | TMZ.com
We're usually better than this, but TMZ has learned some of the alleged celebrity victims in the Burglar Bunch case walked right through the front door of the criminal courthouse in downtown L.A. to testify before the Grand Jury, and no one noticed.
TMZ just broke the story ... defendant Nick Prugo has been indicted by the Grand Jury. We've now learned other defendants in the case have also been indicted and the judge will receive the indictments later this AM. Sources say Courtney Ames and Roy Lopez Jr. are among those indicted.
We don't know specifically which celebs testified, but the roster is impressive -- Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson, Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green, Audrina Patridge and Ashley Tisdale.
As for why the D.A. chose the Grand Jury route, multiple sources tell TMZ prosecutors got sick and tired of the objections from defense lawyers for the upcoming preliminary hearing. The prelim is bypassed when the Grand jury indicts.
A.J. Lamas -- I Jacked Booze from My Ex-GF’s Home ... but I’m NO Stalker | TMZ.com

Lorenzo Lamas’ reality show son tells TMZ he is NOT a dangerous stalker who tried to trap his ex-GF in her bathroom … but does admit being an alcohol thief.
TMZ spoke with A.J. Lamas … who tells us he DID venture over to his ex-GF’s Los Angeles home on January 11 at 2 AM to "discuss" their recent breakup … and entered the home through a window, as he did habitually when they were together.
Basically, he admitted to breaking and entering … but in a good way.
Once he got inside the home, A.J. says he saw another man in his ex’s bed … and tells us, “That was all I needed to see.” A.J, says he attempted to leave the home without "incident." But seeing his ex with another dude made him REALLY thirsty, so he went to the fridge and grabbed a beverage … which turned out to be a Four Loko alcoholic energy drink.
Of course, A.J.’s ex tells a different story … claiming Lamas had NO BUSINESS being in her home … and insists he tried to trap her in a bathroom so he could spout off about their failed relationship.
The ex is seeking a restraining order against A.J. – but the reality star insists he doesn’t ever want to contact her again anyway.
We love happy endings.

CBS to Scottie Pippen -- You Can't Sue Us ... You ADMITTED You Were Broke! | TMZ.com
Scottie Pippen has ADMITTED he was a walking financial disaster ... and has NO right to sue over reports that he was dead broke ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.
We broke the story ... Pippen smacked CBS, NBC, Arizona State University and others with a lawsuit last year ... claiming they all published stories that unfairly labelled him as a bankrupt ex-jock. Pippen wanted at least $1 MILLION from each outlet.
Now, CBS and NBC have filed new docs asking the judge to throw out the case ... claiming they felt comfortable publishing their stories because for years Pippen "was the focus of a steady drum beat of press coverage recounting his ongoing and, by his own account, increasingly dire financial circumstances."
In fact, the media outlets claim the former NBA star was quoted in a 2004 article about athletes with money problems ... saying, "You can wake up one day, and someone can decide to take everything you have."
NBC and CBS are adamant ... there was no malicious intent in reporting the bankruptcy stories ... and therefore they shouldn't have to pay Pippen a single cent.
Now, it's up to the judge to decide if the case should go forward. Stay tuned ...
